Individualized treatment plans are developed utilizing the Institute’s vast network of services. In partnership with Covenant Medical Center and Covenant’s Sports Injury and Wellness Center, these services include: - Nutritional Counseling
- Massage Therapy
- Chiropractic Care
- Strength Training - Regularly scheduled strengthening and stretching classes are available as well as individualized instruction by personal trainers.
- Weight Loss Programs - Covenant’s Wellness Center provides a number of different medically based, weight loss programs.
- Smoking Cessation Program - One-on-one smoking counseling is available. The program is designed to teach participants different methods to quit smoking. Participants learn why they smoke and how to overcome the obstacles such as weight loss, alcohol, stress, and cravings.
- Osteoporosis Program - Covenant Wellness Center’s Osteoporosis Program can help assess your risk and prevent progression of the disease by developing an individualized plan for you.
